The Manager – Agent Sales Channel is responsible for building and managing a team of insurance agents. This includes recruiting, training, motivating, and driving them to achieve business targets through insurance product sales. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys team leadership and field work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit new insurance agents as per company guidelines
- Train agents on insurance products, selling techniques, and customer handling
- Drive insurance sales through the agent channel
- Motivate agents to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
