Job Description

We are looking for a Manager – Business Development to drive growth in our agency channel. This role focuses on expanding our agency network and enhancing partner performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to grow the agency network.
  • Recruit and support new agency partners.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners.
  • Collaborate on sales initiatives and monitor partner performance.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian life insurance market.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Over 2 years of experience in sales and field sales.
