Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies to expand the agency network.
- Recruit and assist new agency partners.
- Strengthen relationships with current partners.

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian life insurance sector.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Proven history of surpassing sales goals.
- More than 2 years of experience in sales and field sales.
