Job Overview:

We are urgently hiring a Business Development Manager in the insurance sector to drive growth and manage our agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train agents.
  • Manage and motivate the team.
  • Conduct fieldwork and organize sales visits.
  • Present products and establish new business.
  • Maintain accurate records and attend industry events.
  • Review sales performance and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of local field sales experience.
  • Must be local.
