Job Description

Manager- Corporate Sales is responsible for sales and business development by building relationship with the client/brokers and thereby achieve the given targets and grow within the organization.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and Selling employee benefit products- Group Term Life, Group Gratuity, Group Superannuation and Group Leave Encashment products t the corporates
  • New account acquisitions and retention of allocated existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with prospects/clients/brokers to maximize the business.
  • Cross-Selling to existing accounts and non-life accounts
  • Promote and sell employee benefit products:
  1. Group Term Life
  2. Group Gratuity
  3. Group Superannuation
  4. Group Leave Encashment
  • Acquire new corporate clients and retain existing accounts
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prospects, and brokers
  • Drive revenue by cross-selling to existing life & non-life accounts
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate & above
  • Experience: 2 to 6+ years in field sales or insurance
  • Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates
  • Work Location: On-field (not work-from-home)
  • Working Days: 5 days/week – Saturday half
