Job Description
Manager- Corporate Sales is responsible for sales and business development by building relationship with the client/brokers and thereby achieve the given targets and grow within the organization.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Promoting and Selling employee benefit products- Group Term Life, Group Gratuity, Group Superannuation and Group Leave Encashment products t the corporates
- New account acquisitions and retention of allocated existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationship with prospects/clients/brokers to maximize the business.
- Cross-Selling to existing accounts and non-life accounts
- Promote and sell employee benefit products:
- Group Term Life
- Group Gratuity
- Group Superannuation
- Group Leave Encashment
- Acquire new corporate clients and retain existing accounts
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prospects, and brokers
- Drive revenue by cross-selling to existing life & non-life accounts
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate & above
- Experience: 2 to 6+ years in field sales or insurance
- Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates
- Work Location: On-field (not work-from-home)
- Working Days: 5 days/week – Saturday half
