- Lead and manage a field sales team to meet targets.
- Drive customer acquisition for retail banking products.
- Conduct field visits and provide on-the-job training.
- Track team performance and provide coaching.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Is Mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
