Manager – Field Sales – BFSI

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Field Sales Manager to help expand our business. You will also serve as a link between our Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities :

– Understand the needs and demands of potential customers.

– Create effective sales strategies to attract new customers.

– Report to the Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

– Hire advisors and business partners.

– Evaluate leads from different marketing efforts to identify good sales opportunities.

– As a Field Sales Manager, your main goal is to meet the company’s sales targets by planning and managing budgets effectively.

Requirements :

– Education : Graduate

– Experience : Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)

– Channel : Agency

– Local candidates preferred

– Age : 25 to 38 years
