About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager of Agency Business Development to expand our network of agency partners, drive sales growth, and build long-term relationships that contribute to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit new agency partners
Develop and implement strategies for business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies
Support agency partners in achieving their sales targets
Monitor performance and provide necessary training or guidance
Work closely with internal teams for smooth operations
Prepare reports and share insights with management
Requirements:
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
3+ years of experience in sales, agency development, or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships and motivate agency partners
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
