To spearhead the expansion of our agency channel in the life insurance industry, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Agency Recruitment and Development Manager. You will be in charge of creating, training, and overseeing a productive agency workforce.

Duties

– Recruitment: Create and put into action efficient recruitment plans to draw in and employ elite agents.

–  Agency Development: To improve the skills and output of current agents, establish and implement development strategies.

–  Performance management: To achieve results, set performance objectives, track agent performance, and offer coaching and feedback.
