Job Description
In order to increase sales and meet growth objectives, the Area Sales Manager will oversee and lead a group of insurance agents in a predetermined area. This position includes hiring and training agents, establishing and keeping track of sales targets, and making sure that corporate rules and legal requirements are followed.
Responsibilities
• Create and implement sales strategy in order to reach goals.
• Hire, develop, and oversee insurance representatives.
• Keep an eye on performance and offer coaching.
• Examine market trends and modify tactics as necessary.
· Maintain excellent customer service standards and address concerns that escalate.
• Create sales reports and keep precise documentation.
Requirements:
The ideal degree is a bachelor’s.
• Has to be in the area.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Capacity to flourish in a target-driven setting.
