Job Description

To increase sales, manage a group of agency partners, and cultivate enduring relationships in the designated region, we are looking for an enthusiastic area sales manager.

Responsibilities.

·         To ensure peak performance, hire, develop, and oversee agency partners.

·         Regularly evaluate employee performance and offer comments.

·         Work together on advertising initiatives with marketing.

·         Conduct training workshops to improve sales and product expertise.

·         Establish and preserve connections with important players.

·         Create market analyses and sales reports for upper management.

Requirements

·         At least two years of field sales experience is required.

·         An undergraduate degree.

·         Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.

·         The candidate must be from the area.
