This role includes managing the agency channel sales process, encouraging business growth, and hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate needs to have relevant experience in agency channel sales.

• Manage and work together with agency partners to ensure smooth operations and maximize business opportunities.
• Making certain that each worker efficiently utilizes their time.
• Respecting and ensuring that staff adhere to agency policies, procedures, and rules.
• Examining current market and industry trends and using the findings to improve how businesses operate.

Requirements

• Experience: It is required that you have at least two years of BFSI/insurance sales and marketing experience.
• Must be local candidate
• Bachelor’s Degree
