To spearhead sales initiatives, spur expansion, and meet life insurance sales goals in your area, we are looking for a results-oriented business development manager.

Responsibilities

·         Develop and put into action successful sales strategy to propel company expansion.

·         Establish and maintain solid bonds with customers and business associates.

·         Use market research to find new company prospects.

·         To improve performance, give the sales team continual training and assistance

·         Monitor and update senior management on sales performance.

Responsibilities

·         A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.

·         One to two years’ experience in sales, ideally in the BFSI industry.

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

·         The capacity to operate both individually and cooperatively.
