Key Responsibilities:
· Create and put into action sales strategy to increase income.
· Assemble, develop, and guide a successful sales force.
· Establish and preserve enduring connections with clients.
· Verify adherence to industry rules.
· To find trends and opportunities, do market research.
· Plan promotional events to increase brand awareness.
· Establish and evaluate the team’s performance objectives.
· To increase customer happiness, work together with marketing and customer support.
Requirements:
· A business bachelor’s degree or a similar degree.
· A local who is familiar with the local market.
· Two years or more of sales experience, ideally in the insurance industry.
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
