We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager in the agency vertical for the leading insurance company in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and pay attention to their requirements.

• Manage cross-selling, upselling, and product and service sales.

• Provide outstanding sales service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain the best possible standards for shop condition and visual merchandising.

• Maintain a well stocked store.

• Find out what the customers want and need.

• Make product recommendations and display items that meet your clients’ needs.

• Honor and greet customers.

• Manage the point-of-sale operations.

• Take a proactive role in receiving new shipments.

Requirements:

• The perfect candidate profile

• Two years or more of experience in a field sales or marketing department is required.

• Effective leadership and communication
