- Manage and guide a team of insurance agents to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies in collaboration with the regional team.
- Track and monitor agent productivity, ensuring they meet key performance indicators.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive agent recruitment to expand the agency network.
- Provide continuous support and training to agents to improve their selling capabilities.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales results, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Key Criteria:
- Graduation in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Valid bike and driving license.
