Job Description

To lead a productive team and boost sales in the insurance industry, we are seeking an experienced unit sales manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of day-to-day sales operations, create plans, and make sure the group regularly hits or surpasses sales goals.

Responsibilities

·         Managing and leading a group of salespeople to meet sales targets.

·         Perform market research to find new trends and sales prospects.

·         Track important performance indicators for management while creating and presenting sales reports.
