Manage and build the life insurance product person network. Focus recruitment, sales growth, preparing employees, and handling performance.
Responsibility:
– Hire and train new agents.
– Reach sales goals and improve agent output.
– Give agents resources, assistance, and training.
– Verify adherence to corporate rules and guidelines.
– Track and report on sales results.
Requirements:
– two or more years of insurance sales or agency management experience.
– strong communication and leadership skills.
– knowledge in life insurance policies.
– A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
