Job Description

We are hiring a BDM for our new branch in Arambagh. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build and grow a team from scratch in a developing region.

Key Responsibilities:

– Appoint life insurance advisors in the Arambagh region

– Provide training, motivation, and field support

– Lead team toward monthly sales and activation goals

– Conduct local sales events and advisor engagement activities

– Maintain advisor retention and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline

– Minimum 2 year of field sales experience (any industry)

– Good communication and interpersonal skills

– Local market knowledge of Arambagh is required

– Age between 21 to 40 years
