Job Description
The Sales Coordination and Support Manager plays a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the sales team operates efficiently. This position involves coordinating between departments, managing sales data and reports, and supporting field teams with tools, training, and operational needs to help them meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to sales executives and team leaders.
- Ensure all sales tools, CRM systems, and platforms are properly maintained and updated.
- Help onboard new sales team members and assist in training related to internal processes or product knowledge.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and operations departments to streamline processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
