Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Manager for our Direct Channel Sales team in the insurance sector. This role involves driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Lead and manage the direct sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
⦁ Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the direct channel.
⦁ Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to enhance performance.
⦁ Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and report on results.
⦁ Build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive customer loyalty.
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
⦁ 2-6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry.
⦁ Strong leadership skills with a track record of team management.
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
