- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales within the BFSI sector, preferably in insurance or banking.
- Proven track record in lead generation and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, loan offerings, and financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
