About the Role:
As a Market Area Manager, you’ll oversee sales operations within a specific market, ensuring the achievement of business goals. You will manage teams, develop strategies, and maintain a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives within the assigned market area.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Key Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Strong leadership and market analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Age: 22 to 38 years.
- Local candidates preferred.
Compensation: - CTC:₹2.00 LPA – ₹3.80 LPA
