Job Description

We are looking for a Market Development Manager to grow business, expand the customer base, and lead a sales team in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through new customer acquisition.
• Build and manage a strong sales team.
• Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets.
• Work closely with branches for lead updates.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Graduate mandatory.
• 2–4 years of sales experience
• Leadership & communication skills.
• Local market knowledge a must.
