Job Description

A Market Development Manager is responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped segments.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or territories.
  • Support sales teams by providing market insights, lead generation strategies, and targeted campaigns.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies, brand positioning, and messaging.
  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and assist in converting prospects into clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in market development
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication
