Job Description
A Market Development Manager – BFSI is responsible for expanding the company’s presence and influence within the BFSI sector. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, crafting market entry strategies, developing key relationships, and supporting sales and product teams to drive growth in targeted segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies across banking, insurance, NBFCs, fintech, and wealth management sectors.
- Identify differentiators and help shape value propositions accordingly.
- Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, and conferences.
- Generate and qualify leads in new or strategic markets.
- Identify underserved verticals, emerging regions, or new use cases for the company’s solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
