Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Market Sales Manager to join our insurance team.

Key Responsibilities: 

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Meet and exceed sales goals through direct selling.
Find and leverage new business opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Stay informed about market trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in field sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
