Market Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through research and networking.

• Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to secure new clients

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customer

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies

• Present and demonstrate insurance products to potential customers

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

• A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
