Market Sales Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 
Craft and implement sales strategies for our insurance products
Engage potential clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
Develop leads and expand the client database through targeted marketing
Monitor industry trends and competitor movements
Partner with teams to design and deploy sales campaigns
Review sales data to optimize performance
Drive the team to meet or exceed sales targets

Ideal Candidate: 
Holds a Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of field sales experience
Strong communication and sales abilities
Possesses a bike and a valid driver’s license
