Key Objectives:

• Build and lead a high-performing advisor team
• Achieve sales targets and expand market share
• Foster strong advisor relationships
• Identify new business opportunities
• Develop and execute business growth strategies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years sales/marketing experience (BFSI)
• Graduation compulsory
• On-roll position
• CTC: Up to 5.00 LPA + Incentive + Benefits
