Marketing and Sales Manager – Agency Channel 

• You have to recruit and build up a team of life advisors.
• You train them and then you have to generate business through them.
• Training & Motivating entire Agency Divisional Team to achieve business & recruitment targets
• Monitor, review agent’s performance. Help them achieve
• Responsible for the productivity of the sales manager, handhold the sales manager in the early stages
• Ensure delivery of all mandatory training. 

Desired Candidate Profile: 

• Qualification: Graduate 
• Experience: 2+ Years in any field of sales & Marketing 
• Age: Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
• Two-Wheeler Required
