Location: Barpeta, AS
CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Lucrative Incentives + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business through BFSI partners and direct clients in the assigned territory
- Generate leads via cold calls, references, and walk-ins
- Promote Life Insurance, Investment, and Financial Products
- Build strong customer and partner relationships
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets consistently
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and service
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate (any stream)
- 2+ years of experience in Life insurance/BFSI Sales (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Local candidates preferred
- Proven record in achieving sales targets
