Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Executive  who enjoys meeting clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through field sales activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through field visits
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support
• Prepare daily reports on sales activities and performance

Requirements

• Minimum Graduation is mandatory
• 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing (field sales preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be willing to travel locally
• Goal-oriented and result-focused mindset
