Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Executive for Field sales
Location: Faridabad 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of field salespeople and guide their daily work
  • Visit customers in different areas to grow sales
  • Help the team reach their sales numbers every month
  • Find new places and clients to increase business
  • Make sure the team follows company plans and rules
  • Keep track of visits, customer feedback, and sales reports
  • Share regular updates with your manager

Candidate Profile: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in field sales or team supervision
  • Knows the area well and understands local customer needs
  • Can talk clearly and solve problems quickly
  • Owns a bike/scooter and has a valid driving license
  • Comfortable working in the field every day and meeting targets
  • Team player with basic knowledge of sales reporting
