Salary : ₹ 2.25 – 3.15 LPA + Incentives + Allowances

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for handling both marketing and sales activities to increase business growth. The candidate will generate leads, promote company products/services, and achieve sales targets through field sales and marketing strategies.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Generate new business through field visits and client meetings.
• Promote company products and services in the market.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
• Support lead generation through marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements

• Graduation completed (any stream).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate.
• Willingness to travel for field work.
