Job Description

We are looking for an Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing sales operations in the assigned area, leading the sales team, and achieving business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee sales activities in the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Monitor team performance and provide training and support.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation completed (any stream).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or field sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
