What You’ll Do
- Build and manage strong client relationships in your territory
- Generate quality leads through networking, referrals & field activity
- Drive sales closings with a consultative approach
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly targets
- Represent TekPillar’s partner brands with professionalism
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2C / field sales experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a natural people-person
- Local market knowledge of Surat is a big plus
- Graduate in any stream
