We are looking for a Marketing manager for a role involves sales targets,
providing training and support to the team, and ensuring that the organization’s
life insurance business thrives.

Roles and Responsibility:
1.Lead and motivate a team of life insurance agents or advisors, providing guidance.
2.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote life insurance products
3.Set clear and achievable sales targets for the team, regularly assessing progress and implementing corrective measures when necessary
4.Provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
5.Stay updated on the latest life insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
6.Foster strong relationships with clients and assist team members in building and maintaining customer relationships.
7.Offer support to team members in the form of sales resources, marketing materials to facilitate their sales efforts
8.Regularly assess individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed
