Tekpillar is Looking For a Marketing Manager. A Marketing Manager Marketing managers organize and manage marketing campaigns to raise awareness of and generate demand for products and services. This broad definition can encompass a wide variety of activities including: Designing, managing, and evaluating marketing campaigns. Directing social media engagement strategies.

Job Description:

•         Developing marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness and reliably bring in new clients to our dental practice, as well as overseeing the execution of said strategies.

•         Performing competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends. and best practices and apply them to our marketing initiatives.

•         Building a marketing team by hiring, training, and supporting new members.

•         Monitoring the performance of the marketing team and ensuring that all marketing deliverables are up to standard.

•         Determining the advertising budget and managing ad spend.

•         Creating quarterly and annual reports to showcase the success of the marketing initiatives, and identifying areas for improvement.

Candidate Profile :

•        Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.

•        Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors).

•        Strong Communications Skills.

•        Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

•        Leadership and team management skills.

•        Customer-oriented.
