We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to oversee operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance service quality in the insurance sector. This role involves monitoring staff performance, ensuring business goals are met, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, assess, and train new insurance agents.
• Mentor and guide partner agencies to maximize productivity.
• Evaluate team performance and develop actionable strategies.
• Conduct review meetings and motivational sessions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with clients and the sales team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage insights for business expansion.
• Develop monthly target-based action plans tailored to advisors’ potential.

Who Can Apply?

✔️ Experience: 1.5 to 3 years in Field Sales, Marketing, BFSI, or Insurance
