Job Description

Responsibilities for Sales Agent:

·         establish relationships with new customers

·         Support and coach agents to achieve performance goals.

·         Lead and manage a team of insurance advisors within your assigned territory.

·         Monitor and maintain agent compliance with company policies and regulations.

·         Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.

·         Answering customer queries.

Requirements:

·         Previous experience in Any Field Sales/Insurance.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

·         Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
