As a Marketing Officer in the Agency Channel, you are a business owner of your territory. Your goal is to scale operations by identifying untapped markets and recruiting a diverse team of agents to capture those opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit agents across different demographics (Housewives, Retirees, Professionals).
• Set aggressive monthly sales targets and ensure the team meets them.
• Analyze local market data to find new business lead sources.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to identify gaps in the sales process.
• Implement company-wide sales promotions and contests at the ground level.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of new agent prospects at all times.

Qualification & Experience:

• Must completed Graduation compulsory.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
