Marketing Sales Executive – Insurance

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Marketing Sales Executive to join our insurance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, and general insurance.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
• Coordinate with underwriters and claim departments to ensure smooth processing of policies and services.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Strong sales, marketing, and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
