Marketing Sales Executive – Insurance
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Marketing Sales Executive to join our insurance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, and general insurance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
- Coordinate with underwriters and claim departments to ensure smooth processing of policies and services.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–5 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Strong sales, marketing, and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
