Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Marketing Support Manager – Insurance to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to improve sales performance and achieve team targets
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Train new hires and ensure team members understand the product portfolio
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Eligibility & Skills:
• Graduation is mandatory
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 2–4 years of sales experience in BFSI or related sector
• Must be target-driven and self-motivated
• Willing to travel locally for client meetings
