Job Description

We are hiring a strategic and creative Marketing Team Manager to lead our campaigns, develop brand strategy, and support sales efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and lead marketing initiatives to support revenue growth.
• Supervise and guide a team of marketing executives.
• Manage social, digital, and offline marketing activities.
• Analyze campaign metrics and optimize future plans.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing or equivalent;
• 3+ years of marketing experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong creative, analytical, and team management skills.
• Bike and DL required for field coordination.

Salary up to 3.00- 3.20 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
