Job Description
The National Field Sales Director oversees the entire field sales operation across a country, driving strategy, execution, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set national revenue targets and monitor progress using KPIs and real-time dashboards.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align national campaigns and initiatives.
- Oversee national territory planning, segmentation, and coverage models.
- Lead and manage a team of regional directors, territory managers, and field reps across multiple locations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
