Job Description

The National Field Sales Director oversees the entire field sales operation across a country, driving strategy, execution, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set national revenue targets and monitor progress using KPIs and real-time dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align national campaigns and initiatives.
  • Oversee national territory planning, segmentation, and coverage models.
  • Lead and manage a team of regional directors, territory managers, and field reps across multiple locations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
