Job Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and driven Field Sales Executives to manage and expand channel partner networks. The role involves daily field visits, channel engagement, and achieving consistent sales growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage channel partners/distributors in your assigned region.
- Visit field locations to support partners in achieving sales targets.
- Promote company products through the retail/distributor network.
- Generate demand and ensure proper branding & visibility at partner outlets.
- Train and guide partner staff to improve product knowledge and conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through channel efforts.
- Resolve partner concerns and maintain long-term relations.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in field sales or channel distribution.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the local area.
- Two-wheeler and Android smartphone required.
- Familiarity with local geography and channel ecosystem.
