Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage channel partners/distributors to drive sales in assigned territory.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new partners to expand channel network.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through channel-driven business.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor channel performance and provide training/support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and share actionable insights.
- Ensure timely collections, proper documentation, and adherence to company policies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales / Field Sales (FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, BFSI, Consumer Durables, etc.).
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Target-driven and willing to travel extensively across MP.
