Position: Field Sales Executive / Channel Sales Manager
Experience:2–5 Years (Insurance / Banking / BFSI Preferred)
Qualification: Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- IncentivesGenerate business through channel partners / agency network
- Recruit, train, and support agents for business development
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales & revenue targets
- Maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Conduct field visits and market activities to drive sales
Requirements:
- Minimum 2year of sales experience (insurance/banking preferred)
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven and willing to travel extensively
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales goals
